Order Processing

Orders are prepared once payment has been received. Please allow approximately 2–3 working days for us to process and pack your order before dispatch.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

PUDO Locker to Locker

Choose this option to have your order delivered to a PUDO Locker near you.

During checkout, you will be able to to add your preferred PUDO Locker in the comments section. Once your parcel has arrived, PUDO will send you a notification and collection PIN.

Please collect your parcel within the timeframe provided by PUDO. Parcels that are not collected in time may be returned to us, and additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.

PUDO Locker to Door

Prefer delivery to your home or workplace? Select PUDO Locker to Door at checkout, and your parcel will be delivered to the address provided with your order.

Please make sure that:

• Your delivery address is complete and correct.
• You provide a valid South African cellphone number.
• Someone is available to accept the parcel during normal working hours.

Smoked Oke cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Delivery Times

Delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location and the delivery option selected.

Outlying areas may take slightly longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, adverse weather or courier delays beyond our control.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated according to your chosen PUDO delivery option and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information from PUDO by email or SMS. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your notification.

Tracking may take a few hours to update after your parcel has been handed over.

Collection

Local customers are welcome to collect their orders from us by prior arrangement.

Select Collection at checkout. We will contact you as soon as your order is packed and ready, along with the collection address and available collection times.

Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation that your order is ready.

Checking Your Order

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products

Keep all packaging until the matter has been resolved, as this may be required when submitting a courier claim.
