Returns & Refunds Policy

At Smoked Oke, we take pride in crafting delicious, high-quality chilli sauces and condiments. Your satisfaction means everything to us — and while we can’t accept returns of food items once opened or used, we’re here to help if something isn’t right with your order.

Non-Retunable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned due to taste or heat preference

  • Items returned after more than 7 days of delivery

When We Accept Returns or Refunds

We’ll gladly offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or leaking

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is expired or defective upon arrival

To process a return or refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Refund or Replacement Process

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll let you know if a replacement, credit, or refund will be issued. You don’t need to return the product unless we request it.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via store credit within 5–7 working days.
