How it all started....
During lockdown Craig decided he needed something to keep himself busy so started growing chilli seedlings with the aim of selling them. This was a great success and we landed up with lots of fruits from his labour of love.
The next step was to convert these lovely little pods of goodness into a delicious oak smoked Sweet Chilli Sauce (our first born) which we gave away to family and friends. Then one day Lynda’s daughter Morganne said “hey why don’t you take these to a market”. We couldn’t take just one sauce so Craig also developed the Chilli Mango, Ghost Oil and Peri-Peri. We attended the Camel Rock Scarborough Market in February 2022 and to our dismay it was a great success!
And so the journey started…. from humble beginnings to a range of over 90 products.
We continue to experiment and develop new sauces and products all the time by stretching the boundaries and imagination.
Craig is the saucier who brews up all these amazing depths of flavour whilst Lynda manages the creative side of things like the designing the labels, managing the website and marketing.
